This is a maintenance complaint regarding ada access to origin apartments. A power outage on October 25th resulted in the only entrance into the building with a powered door controller to stop working and continues to not function at the time of this complaint. There are multiple people that live in this apartment complex that require this door to function. Management has made no effort to communicate updates or timeline for a fix other than the initial email to inform us that the door was not

Construction at the nearby Lake City Chase Bank creates loud machinery noise, shouting, beeping, jackhammering, etc. as early as 4am in the morning and often begins around 10pm on weekdays. I can hear it inside my apartment even with the double pane windows shut and it's like I'm sleeping in a construction zone. Unacceptable to be creating so much noise during quiet hours and so close to several residential apartments.

Land Use Sign Ordinance SMC 23.55. Portable sign for Origin Apartments is placed in the right of way on the southwest corner of NE 125th St and 32nd Ave NE. Sign is placed near an intersection and is not located on a frontage road for the property. Sign has been in use for 18 months straight at all hours. Nuisance sign is blocking visibility of pedestrians crossing 32nd Ave NE for vehicles traveling east on NE 125th St. I have had near misses crossing this same intersection as a pedestrian.

There is light pollution/light trespass/and excess light glare from decorative blue-white LED lights surrounding a renter's deck door frame. This is coming from a unit in a relatively new 6-story apartment tower (Origin Apartments). The renter of this apartment turns the decorative lights on about 3/4th of the week after dark.
