This property was constructed and sold as a live-work unit. I believe the live-work units must comply with the home occupation requirement according to Memorandum https://clerk.seattle.gov/~public/fnote/114507.htm. The home occupation requirements that are being violated are:1. Home occupation must clearly be incidental to the use of the property as a dwelling. This is supposed to be a live-work unit and this place has become a store/market. Their customers consistently block the coffee stand driveway and I can't get in. They look like a store and that is not supposed to happen here. This is not a commercial property. It's annoying and frustrating the city allows this to happen!REFERENCE: 010362-26CP
