open entry access - has been reported to mgmt. for past 2 yrs nothing being done to fix problem, windows do not lock - front door to unit can be un-locked without using key anyone can access, fumes from dryer coming into my unit/health concern - request inspection

there has been a consistent leak/puddle in my apartment. maintenance has been requested through management online portal but nothing else has been done. the weather and flooding have made the park behind the apartment difficult to drain so i'm sure it's seeping into the walls. i worry about mold because the water so seeping through the floor and walls
