Property management is renovating Unit 102 without permits. Major appliances, cabinets, and toilets have been removed from the apartment and it seems there is structural work happening as well. Loud noises are starting at 7am on somedays and not subsiding until after 7pm. Workers are attempting to do electrical work but do not seem to be trained as there has been multiple outcries of pain with screaming coming from the unit when electrical work is happening.

Landlord refuses to repair mailboxes that USPS has deemed out of compliance.

The landlord is refusing to replace/repair to our mailbox and has after the USPS left a letter requiring them to repair or replace the box. We have not received mail for over a week.
