Building has ants, silverfish, fleas, and other bugs that have been spotted in multiple units indoors. Building recommended buying traps or sprays and won't do anything large scale to take care of the building as a whole.

Rent increase of $150/month has been put in effect on my apartment starting September 1, 2024 effectively raising the rent from $1725 to $1875/month. I have not personally received the notice nor have I got any certified mail rent increase notice from Prospector Property Management.
