Homeless squatters and abandoned stolen vehicles outside. Duplex are 12319 and 12321 33rd Ave Ne Seattle, Wa 98125. People squatting leaving garbage outside. Please get rid of these people. We have children that are afraid of the drug use and druggies next-door who have invaded the empty duplex.

Potential squatters in the building. Have tried contacting owner but no response. Property had an encampment inside the garage that was cleared a few weeks ago, but appears the people came right back. Increase in noise and general safety concerns. Active drug use, potential theft of items such as bikes and vehicles. Currently two RVs parked. At least a dozen different people in and out of the property daily. Structure of the garage looks unsafe as well.

People are living in the detached garage, have boarded it up with unfinished plywood, and are using propane tanks inside. Additionally the north unit of this building is vacant and being illegally occupied
