PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Vegetation blocking alley. The unpaved alley has been routinely accessed by at least fifteen residential sites, the use is clearly shown on satellite maps. This site is the only blockage along the otherwise open length of the block. SMC 10.52.010 does include unpaved alleys used by vehicles.

per CSB: We walk on this unpaved strip on 39th ave ne, but lately the bushes have taken over the street alley like, to make things worse, somebodyerected a 4'x8' board in the middle of the road that made walking or driving impossible, we know this is public street, can someone look into it and re-0pen st.we want it open. thanks. PS. This strip of street was blocked before several (15?) years ago by the same subjects and the city forced them to re-open it due to complaints from area neighbors. W
