Filed a maintenance request end of August for furnace, repair man came out and stated a new furnace was needed. Repair man gave estatement to Landlord and stated that they should purchase a new furnace. Landlord has not replaced furnace, no heat or hot water. Furnace kicks on and off but does not work. This has been ongoing issue for about 2yrs.
