PER CSB 25-00215214: Furniture, mattress, clothing, food (now rotting), mail, other household goods. The items take up the entire parking lot and various homeless persons are scavenging through it, which could be hazardous to them. I am trying to locate the property owner to clear this up. If you can prioritize removal, it would be greatly appreciated.

Severe plumbing issues. I've been without use of shower/tub and kitchen sink and dishwasher. When I flush my toilet all the sewage water backs into the tub and now kitchen sink. I can't clean dishes and don't feel safe enough to run the dishwasher. I can't take a shower with the the water backing up in the tub. As well my pets are needing to now be using water bottles as drinking water. It is getting expensive to use have to use cases of water for 5 days so far. I was out of m
