PER CSB 25-00215214: Furniture, mattress, clothing, food (now rotting), mail, other household goods. The items take up the entire parking lot and various homeless persons are scavenging through it, which could be hazardous to them. I am trying to locate the property owner to clear this up. If you can prioritize removal, it would be greatly appreciated.

Severe plumbing issues. I've been without use of shower/tub and kitchen sink and dishwasher. When I flush my toilet all the sewage water backs into the tub and now kitchen sink. I can't clean dishes and don't feel safe enough to run the dishwasher. I can't take a shower with the the water backing up in the tub.
