We own the property directly to the North-12334 33 NE, and own the significant fir tree there. The builder/developer has removed the protected fence and is working in that protected zone.

03/05 Water leakage caused by upstairs neighbor drilling into main water line - was out of running water overnight until late afternoon. 03/06 Notification that "fanning" will begin. 03/07 Maintenance comes in, rips holes out from ceiling, no permission to touch personal items and placing them on top of my bed. Apt in vicinity playing amplified music for several hours each afternoon

I am in construction myself and wouldn't want to consistently wake up the surrounding buildings by not respecting construction noise hours but it's getting to the point where I'm woken up by construction noise several times a week including Saturdays. Construction often starts before 7:00am with yesterday (5/5/23) being the most recent at 6:30am and today (5/6/23) beginning at 7:00am.Attached is a video from a previous Saturday 4/15/23 7:50am
