Current lease states end of lease, she would automatically go month-to-month. Reached out to landlord to schedule move out in July. Landlord is now refusing month-to-month. Requiring signing new lease or vacating. Tenant rights info.

The construction noise has started at 6 am on Saturday and Sunday. This is effecting the lives of the people in this building. It's a constants construction noise from 6 am to 7 am and then no noise at all.

The noise starts at 6:30 am sometimes even earlier goes till 7:30 and is extremely loud. It's either a jack hammer. It's ruining the quality of life with the noise starting so early and ending so soon. If it was started later it would be helpful.
