Construction has started a handful of times before 7am on the weekdays for the past month or two. There's also been a handful of times construction starts around 7:00am on Saturdays. I am in construction myself and I'm aware of the windows of when construction can commence, however the new construction going on to the South of our unit doesn't seem to care and/or know about the noise ordinance and we're continually woken up before our alarm clock goes off at 7:00 am by supplies/lumber g
