After I moved out, I received a bill for more money owed beyond the deposit. I disagree and fee I'm being charged for items management/owner should have been responsible.

CONSTRUCTION--per online--These apartment owners have had an ongoing construction project for the last 5, yes count'em, 5 years. Siding. New windows... no problem. But the scaffolding has never been taken down. The side of the building leaks and the plastic flaps in the wind endlessly all night. There has to be some serious violations happening here. Not the mention the block odd parking with stolen dirt signs endlessly.Feel free to email me and I can pass along pictures.
