Encampment located in fenced area of the Lake City Drainage pond. It appears to be one structure and is unknown if occupied. This is a high risk situation as the drainage pond can fill quickly and could be detrimental to the occupants. Use of high-powered, gas-fueled leaf blower for 5 hours, every 2-3 weeks. Condominium complex management has hired a contractor to clean its property. The contractor uses a high powered leaf blower for more than half of a day, blowing the property on all sides, east side (35th) and alley (between 35th and 33rd.)
