My unit has water damage and the kitchen sink,stove and countertops have been removed from the kitchen and are not useable. The unit flooded from a broken pipe in the unit above me. My unit has been dried out but my kitchen is not usable and is pending repairs. My landlord is collecting rent and I am not living there.
