"due to the ongoing regrading, paving, creation of new pathways and planters, north area of the property has drainage issues that causes water run off directly onto our property to the north (12352 Sand Point). Back fill of retaining wall is insufficient. Also ongoing construction in the basement unit. Is work permitted? I can give access to my property and show the damages"
