ZONING--per online--An ADU was recently permitted and built under 6564184-CN on a single family zoned lot. The primary residence and the ADU were then turned into condo's, divided into two condo parcels according to the King County Assessor, and sold separately. I contacted SDCI's Land Use Team and was told that this was a violation of the permit approval and SMC 23.44.In the supporting documents, I have included PDF's showing that the ADU was recently sold for $985,00

PER PHONE COMPLAINT: they are regrading the yard and this has caused a 3ft grade change. Siding being cut that causes dust in the air. Spray painting siding resulted in car being sprayed.***Construction Permit Issued #6564184.***
