Bob Bachmann wrote email to Rob Horton & Kathleen Wilson stating that Mr. Chou has contacted them and not heard back. Copied from 7/8/15 email from John Chou: As a owner of the adjacent neighboring of this new construction, I do worry very much about the drainage, the new steep slope and the high dirt piling close to my property line. I can predict that in a short time the dirt and the rain water is going to flow into my property side yard, which might eventually damage my first floor walls .

Neighbor next door to the South at 14348 33rd AVE NE is concerned with grade change & drainage. (he has spoken to superintendant re: damaged fence & concern about drainage)Is the drainage being installed per the permits? SS & Drainage permit 6417613 and construction permit 6304581. (mapped riparian corridor)
