I am reaching out about my landlord not responding to a potentially dangerous situation in our apartment, every time the people upstairs shower water is pouring from the walls in the bathroom. It has become so bad that the rugs in both rooms are now soaked. No matter how much we get the water up there is now an oder of mold that we believe can be making us sick. Raw sewage is coming up through my bathtub drain and seeping from around the base of my toilet flooding my bathroom floor and soaking my bedroom carpet. This was first reported 3/26 via 003974-26CP - and the city inspector noted the violation. The landlord claimed to have fixed the plumbing issue and clean the bathroom. However, the landlord did NOT clean the bedroom carpet. on 4/2, I entered the bathroom to find the floor AGAIN covered in waste water, and the bathtub filling with brown sewage

Entire apartment complex received 30 day water shut-off notice on 3/25 - confirmed with Seattle City Light that this is a valid notice. Landlord phone number is no longer in service.
