Appears as if someone is constructing a microhouse or cottage in the front yard. It is approximately 20 ft high and greater than 120 sq ft. Started a couple of weeks ago - moved dirt, placed cinderblocks at foundation, and now there is a new structure. Visible from NE 95th. No permit.Bldg Inspector viewed construction on 5/25/16 and states that it is a shed appproximately 70-80 sq ft but it appears to be located in required front yard. Ask for Zoning investigation.
