Per Online; A DADU was constructed at 125 31st Ave E. pursuant to permit 6754326-CN. This home is fully occupied, but does not have exterior siding as required by Section 14 of the Seattle Building Code, nor does it appear to qualify for any exceptions. It is also an eyesore. It looks like they prepped for siding, but decided not to do it. I am not sure how this home received its occupancy permit and should be re-evaluated. This home has also been actioned for other

Per Online; The owners of 125 31st Ave E have built a structure/shed constructed that violates a number of ordinances: 1) did not obtain a permit when it does not meet all the exceptions (in this case, the shed is attached to abuilding); 2) It contains a pitched roof with only one sloping plane that extends beyond the base height limit; 3) the structure sits within the side yard and violates Land Use Code section 23.44.014
