Toxic diesel fumes/exhaust associated with city of Seattle's JJ construction activities on Eastlake Avenue. Diesel fumes from excavation equipment has penetrated our building (interior stairwell) as well as our residential unit (201). I have a hard time imagining that these levels of exhaust emissions are allowed by the city or the state of Washington?

condo unit completely gutted all without permits, can hear grinding noise from my concrete ceiling safety concerns

Per online complaint: HOA performing work more than $15,000. Removing brick West wall areas, drilling concrete on South wall. 2nd project HOA and construction co, J2 has performed without getting any permits. Recent un-permitted work of 4 plus slider/window units on the 1 and 4th floors exceeded $30,000.
