There is an ant infestation in my unit. I made manager aware last month. He said we live on ant hill, but ill drop off open bait traps. Ive placed them on counter. After a month i reached out again (to express ants are still here) i was told that manager doesnt work here anymore and new manager stated we live on ant hill/ sand. Seems like property owner coaching/ ignoring situation. Mgr said they may have to call for exterminator. I have a cat. This isn't healthy for pets, nor people. The Cros

Duplicate complaint: 011453-22CPI moved into crosby 04/2021. Upon move in I made mgr aware of broken Murphy bed. They initially attempted to repair. However, their repair didn't work, and bed broke. I've made several requests to have it repaired. Unfortunately, there always seems to be miscommunication with current manager. I receive texts/ emails from him stating its too difficult to communicate and he doesn't understand why I ask for an official 48 hr notice. The repairs have not happened
