The landlord for this property, Tom Elliott, is threatening to self-help evict, i.e. physically remove the tenant and her belongings himself, without a court order, because the tenant is behind on rent. Tenant also reports that the landlord has repeatedly entered the unit without any prior notice at all as required under the RLTA and SMC.
