POTA--per phone call--tenant is billed for w/s/g based on square footage and the number of people occupying the unit. Tenant is being billed for 900 square feet, which includes the deck. That is not a livable space. The actual unit is 700 square feet. Shouldn't she be billed for the livable portion of the unit only?

Ongoing problems with a neighboring tenant engaging in criminal activities on the premises. Complainant has brought up concerns to the landlord, who has done nothing to address the problems. Landlord has been notified by SPD that illegal activities have taken place; however the landlord claims that they cannot evict to problem tenant. Per online complaint ".thy stated work on the out side of the apartment like replace ,the deck becuz,the decks where so roted out,but thy are not doing all the decks.there are a lot of decks that still are roted bad.thy just painted over them.you can see that there still bad,thy dint do all the decks up to code.some wher"
