Carpet was cleaned upon move-in but wasn't replaced - it has strong pet urine odors coming from it. Complainant says mgmt won't replace the carpet unless they split the cost. Also electrical issues in unit - there are some loose outlets that make crackling/buzzing sounds. And there's an inoperable vehicle (4 flat tires) in the parking lot.

Mold in bathroom behind toilet, underneath bathroom cabinet on wall, and going through the wall into kitchen - probably caused by a slow water leak in the wall. Managment has been very slow to fix the problem. It is best if the inspector tries to call the complainant before 3pm due to his work schedule.
