per online complaint: The large douglas fir tree at the very north end of the property (on NE 15th side of property) continues to obstruct the sidewalk on way to bus stop. On rainy days (like today), this is a huge hazard, especially at night when you can't see it. PLEASE fix this immediately.

Per online: One side of this house borders 15th Ave NE (main walking route to bus stop) Many branches are obstructing walkway but bigger issue is a very large and heavy branch from a douglas fir tree that hangs down over sidewalk - I've hit my head on this - it's nearly impossible to see in the dark. Dangerous!
