There is a drain that leaks constantly onto our patio and our landlord refuses to fix. During the winter months, the leak becomes gigantic pieces of ice that crash down directly in front of the door. The falling ice has broken tables, bird feeders, planters, lights (both on the structure and off) and I fear what it would do should someone be standing beneath it at the wrong time. An extremely high water bill, stating over 7,000 gallons of water per unit was being used, building manager told us they were doing all unit walk through to look for leak. Water bill stayed high for 3 months (Aug-Oct) all over 7,000 gallons of water when all previous months had been around 1,500. They said they were doing another walk through in October, and still did not provide any update, ignored emails and did not correct the bill.
