Hello City, My neighboring property 12711 2nd Ave. NW is operating a short-term rental operation on its premises, and has for years. However, I do not see the property is registered and licensed as a rental with City of Seattle. The last record I see in City records is Feb. 22, 2022, for overdue renewal with any fees and fines still unpaid. So I believe the property 12711 2nd Ave. NW is currently operating as a rental without City registration, and over the past number of years.I als

Landlord gave verbal notice to terminate tenancy. Tenant was told today (8/16/16) that the process started on 8/11/16, with 20 days to move out. Tenant believes that this is retaliation from a previous housing complaint made by a housemate - both tenants have been given the notice. Eviction.
