Logs and rocks and illegal plantings blocking highway claimed as personal property by 3 neighbors on the east side of 1st Ave NW in Broadview, and 1 neighbor on the corner of 1st Ave NW, and 127th (N or NW) right nearby. These people block the rights of others to park in the street legally near their houses but the land is the street or street right of way.One guy 12702 1st Ave NW planted a bunch of bushes and rocks and comes out of his house and tells you to get off
