So I rented a house with few of my friends in lake city area for 2 years from an agent called hooli home seattle through zillow, we paid a deposit amounting of around $4000. The lease agreement ended on June this year and the landlord has not paid the deposit back. From my understanding and research, under the Washington law RCW 59.18.280, a landlord must return the tenant's security deposit within 21 days after the tenant has moved out or give the itemized receipt
