This, and other properties owned or managed by Epic Asset Management, are sending out notices to pay or vacate for late rent on the 3rd of each month, although the lease states that rent is due by the 5th and considered late on the 6th. I believe this is an intimidation tactic and makes me fear for my housing.

Elevator has not been in service since November 17. There's a guy in a wheelchair on the 2nd floor- My mom just had hip surgery. The apartments smoke alarm went off the week before last, and everyone had to evacuate. If it happens again- I'm afraid some folks will have a very hard time trying to evacuate.
