It's 1:30 am and someone pressure washing outside my apartment is keeping me awake when I have to work in the morning. It is currently Mon 1/26 at 1:30 am. Why is this loud machine allowed to be used in an area with multiple residential apartments at this time of the morning? If I am required to personally follow noise ordances then the city should have to as well. I understand that the intention is to deter homeless encampments but at the cost of the sleep for residents on a night before most
