CONSTRUCTION--per online--They are paving the ROW and will be causing drainage issues due to no drainage requirements put on this construction site. We don't see any ROW permits and contractor told the neighbors that they would not be paving that they would be using pervious materials because they knew of the drainage problems on Dayton.

worried about the remodel going on at this house, house is old and never updated, they have been removing walls with possible lead paint and asbestos ceiling, what about asbestos abatement, don't they need a permit for that? they removed the kitchen wall and opened it up into the living room, don't they need a permit for that?
