per online complaint: Renter parking others cars for a fee (zoning), outdoor storage of junk, dangerous (downed tree). Scott Theissen of DPD said in 2013 that property line is 23' from pavement, so cars are parked illegally, case 1034895. Aggressive tenant when approached - SPD incident# 2017-89789. PLEASE ACT.
