Bushes from 1281 NE 69th St is overgrown into the public side walk, leaving less than half of the sidewalk usable. There is no accessibility for wheelchairs or strollers. Please see attached photo.

Pedestrians are unable to pass each other without stepping off the curb and into the street & bike lane. This is a very busy pedestrian corridor leading to a nearby school and transit station. Additionally, there?s an adjacent alley where motorists? views of approaching pedestrians, bicyclists and other cars are obstructed by these same hydrangeas, which have been allowed to overgrown for years.

Per Online;At this residence, the homeowners have allowed their hydrangea bushes located along the eastern perimeter of their property and along the sidewalk running along 15th Ave NE to overgrow to such an extent that pedestrians walking in opposite directions are forced to step off the curb and onto the street in order to pass.
