Per Online; My upstair neighbor that live in Unit 320, has dogs that will bark through out the day. I have sent a handful of complaints to the property management team in January of this year and one more in March. Usually they would be able to handle it but due to COVID, their hands are tied. I live at One Lakefront, a "luxury apartment" complex managed by Holland Residential Group. As a tenant, I am already paying $300 of deposits and $2690 of monthly rent plus utilities for a 1BD. However, the property management tried to enforce all kinds of practices that charge the tenants extra fees that are out-of-the-line.
