I am filing a complaint about improper security deposit deductions for Unit 3601 at Onni South Lake Union.Timeline & charges:Move-out date: August 8, 2025Landlord deducted $120 (cleaning) and $825 (painting/drywall) from my deposit.Why these charges are improper:Ordinary wear and tear: The inspection notes only "Fair/Repair" conditions and generic wall scuffs typical of one year of tenancy. Routine painting and standard turnover cleaning are not tenant-chargeable under RCW 5
