Persistent homeless encampment allowed to exist in garage area. Homeless smoking crack and injecting drugs. Multiple psychotic people throughout days and months. Stan Athens property manager notified multiple times in writing. Used needles, human waste, trash in car park. Multiple weapons found on various occasions from homeless. Fence/barrier requested by residents and refused by property manager stating that investors were not willing to pay for it.

There has been construction going on across the street (may 1311 E Denny Way) since May 2025. This construction has led to parking restrictions for the past 10 months, when construction regularly will not occur. Residents are forced to park farther away, and the block will sit empty for days at a time. When construction does take place, it often starts before 7 am, with loud, impact work taking place before 8 am. As of today, E Denny was closed off with no warning, with extremely loud, odorous

ZONING - JUNK STORAGEComposting has not been taken out in weeks despite multiple complaints and multiple assurances from the landlord's agents that this will be taken care of. Bags of rotting food are piling up and other composing is winding up in the trash.
