The property management company, Utopia Management (Phone: [206-905-4444](tel:206-905-4444)), has left the entire community laundry facility completely without electricity since Monday, August 10, 2026. This is a building-wide common area utility failure affecting essential shared tenant amenities and basic sanitation. This company "WTC" started jackhammering right outside my window at 740 am on Monday, July 27, 2026. I would call but its after 8 am now. It seems like they knew about the ordinance and started at 740 because it would be easier to break the rules.
