Hi! There is a PSE project occurring outside of my apartment building, which is at 1300 E Union St, in which a jackhammer is being regularly used at 9PM at night and later. The noise is incredibly disturbing and persists for well over a half hour at a time.

Per Online; There is an apartment on the ground floor of this building on the southeast corner. Sadly, most of the windows of this unit open to the trash collection area, in an effort to probably combat the stench of the garbage the apartment is heavily coated in Febreeze scent and has a very strong unpleasant odor.
