Our landlords have been overseeing mold remediation work in our unit for multiple months. During this time our unit has been unlivable (no heat in the bedroom and active construction). I believe our landlords are well out of compliance with the timeline they must follow for repairs - no reasonable person would think two months is a "reasonable timeline".The heat in particular is out of compliance with SMC 22.206 Subchapter III 22.206.090 as well as RCW 59.18.060 and 59.18.070 for "prompt co
