I am reporting ongoing life/safety hazards, unpermitted construction, failure to maintain common building elements, and potential noncompliance with Seattle rental registration laws at 1300 W Boston Street, Seattle, WA 98119 (Unit 13). These violations remain unaddressed more than 60 days after a catastrophic water intrusion event on October 17, 2025.1.
