Persistent problems with accumulating trash and overgrown overhead tree branch and weeds along sidewalk at 130th St frontage. Homeowner tends to 1st Ave NE frontage (house entry side) but ignores 130th St frontage of property all together.This is probably the 4th complaint to date.
