11 X 10 foot deck broke and fell down on 3/6/05. Owner refuses to make repairs and replace the deck. Very unsafe because the door that led to the deck now leads to a big drop if the door was to be opened. The debris from the deck is still sitting in the yard. Also, lots of mold in the bathroom ceiling and is it's beginning to travel down the wall.
