This neighbor parks 9 cars in the front lawn - all the time. I previously opened a complaint and did not see a response. Other neighbors have an open complaint and yet, even after months, there has been no review.

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: The residents at 13027 23rd PL NE has been regularly parking 9 vehicles on their property and occasionally an extra 3; totaling 12 vehicles. The parking is overflowing into neighboring lawns. They are also causing traffic problems on this dead-end street.ongoing since 4/1/2017
