No proper drainage system on the rooftop. When it rains, the water drips down to the wider edge on the second floor. Have reported this problem to the landlord but he refused to do anything about it.

Lives on top floor of 3 unit building. The roof is flat and the unit has had a history of leaks. Water has come down through light fixtures and damaged the drywall. Mold is collecting. Lights have never been checked or rewired. Last week water was leaking through ceiling again.
