Renter called in concerned with cracks in interior drywall. Appears Added Bedroom off existing single family is settling in the SW corner. No Imminent hazard. Not sure if addition was permitted. No insulation under floor. Two walls of my bedroom are separating and I can see through the separating seam to outdoors
