Arboreal management Co. originally sent via email an offer letter to renew my lease on May 1st 2026 for 1 year for $950 a month. or go month to month for $1,095 per mo. wherein the previous owner had given me $145.00 in rent concessions, the letter heading said Notice of rent increase for $145.00 if I opted to go month to month.
