I am reporting a violation of Seattle's Deposit Return Ordinance and RCW 59.18.280 by Guide Property Management LLC (1500 Westlake Ave N Suite 212, Seattle, WA 98109), regarding my tenancy at 1305 E Marion St, Apt 105, Seattle, WA 98122.Key Facts:I moved out and returned keys on August 9, 2025; my lease ended August 10, 2025.I received an itemized security deposit statement and a partial refund ($800 of $1000) on September 2, 2025.$200 was withheld for "furnished unit turn cleaning."

I recently moved out of the property on March 19th, 2025 and I haven't received my security deposit back. Prior to moving out, I had been contacting the property manager office for months and they never got back to me until, the week of me moving out. I've called, emailed, and left maybe 2 voicemails about getting my deposit back but, they won't tell me when I'll get it back.
